I'm a Creative Leader, HCD Practitioner and Design Generalist with over 18 years of leadership experience spanning the various worlds of Advertising, Product Design and B2B & B2C Marketing Strategy.

Currently posted at Pandora/SiriusXM, the largest audio entertainment powerhouse in the world, where co-founded Studio Resonate - a 50+ strong creative team of copywriters, designers, audio producers and developers that produce innovative digital advertising for some of the biggest brands on the planet.

My mission is to craft holistic experiences that goes beyond "usability" and creates lasting relationships between the users and the brands I work with.

This approach has given me the opportunity to guide a number of global brands in the digital space - creating apps, websites and content for brands such as Pandora, SiriusXM, Audi, Hyundai, Land Rover, Unilever, Cadbury, Douwe Egberts, Sara Lee, Schick, Taubmans, JB Were, Allianz, CommSec, MLC, Macquarie Bank, & Luxottica OPSM.

I've also served as advisor to a number of startups including AirService, OneFlare and Enablr.

I'm a collaborator, organizer and builder. Able to speak fluent 'creative', 'developer' and 'designer' I like to build cross-functional teams of designers, developers, copywriters and technologists that produce better ideas and greater product than traditional team structures can achieve.

I've been privileged to have my work has been recognized and awarded by several industry bodies including the ECHO, Effie, App Design Awards, Australian Mobile Awards, The Communicator Awards, Magento Site Awards, AIMIA and ADMA.

My work on TrackMySpend App for ASIC won the 2013 Australian Mobile Awards for Government Services and was the top 10 Financial App in iTunes App Store for 3 months.

In my current role as ECD at SiriuxXM/Pandora, my team and I helped Pandora drive over USD$580M in advertising revenue in 2018
